Mark founded Workplace Wizards to serve his passion of helping business leaders extract the infinite potential of their teams and people. He works with a strong stable of high-profile national and local brands, helping their workplaces achieve greatness. He is a highly sought after and respected advisor having spent over 15 years helping Australian companies with their IR and workplace relations issues and solving those people problems that restrict peak performance.

Mark is the Director and Principal Lawyer at Launch Legal. He is a highly experienced and respected workplace lawyer. Mark has expertly managed a range of employee and industrial relations matters for over 15 years and has represented clients in most Australian courts and employment-related tribunals.

Mark has multi-disciplinary capabilities and is actively involved with supporting clients overcome their workplace issues from the initial strategy stage through to final implementation. Mark holds both a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Master of Laws (Workplace Relations).

Prior to founding Launch Legal, Mark worked as the Principal Workplace Relations Consultant at Victoria’s largest employer association, in major law firms both here and in the UK as well as in-house at Australia’s leading FMCG company. He is passionate about resolving those complex people and relationship matters at work that stress and worry executives/leaders and restrict peak performance.

Mark is a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria (having previously been one of its executive committee members). He is also a member of the Royal Yacht Club of Victoria, and the Williamstown CYMS football club. He has appeared regularly as a guest university lecturer and in the media commenting on current workplace relations issues affecting teams, workplace dynamics and business overall.
