Rikki Aravanis LLB, BCom

My name is Rikki Aravanis, I graduated from La Trobe University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) (majoring in Finance) and completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Leo Cussen in August 2025.

I have over two years’ experience representing small to medium size businesses in employment law and industrial relations matters before the Fair Work Commission. I am passionate about building strong relationships with clients and providing realistic goal-oriented advice.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family including my two labradors, playing soccer on the weekends, and travelling!
