OUR RECENT WORK FOR GOVERNMENT

  • Employment Contracts: have drafted employment agreements and contractors agreements for local governments.
  • Governance Support: supported a broad range of administrative decision-makers, Ministers and government officials in discharging their functions and managing their obligations.
  • Litigation: managed Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and litigation relating to highly confidential and sensitive documents relating to the Victorian Government’s Public-Private Partnerships projects.
  • Project Assistance: managed the State’s response to bushfires and privacy and gave practical assistance to clients in relation to a range of projects including ICT.
