Lorraine works as a People Specialist for Workplace Wizards, providing hands-on, generalist Human Resources (HR) advice, services and support to our broad range of clients.
With studies in the foundations of human resources and a true passion for ‘people’, Lorraine brings nearly 20 years HR experience to support talent acquisition, culture and engagement, training and development, performance management and employee experience and wellbeing strategies that can help to positively shape the culture of our clients’ businesses and their overall success.
Lorraine adopts a strength-based approach and is an advocate for positive psychology principles. Holding a Hogan Assessment Certification (personality tests), and an accreditation in Mental Health First Aid, she truly believes in holistic, human centred leadership for employees, teams and businesses to thrive.
In her spare time, you’ll find Lorraine at the beach with her husband and their two very active boys and frenchie, Frank, socialising with family and friends over good food and wine, a yoga and pilates class or planning their next holiday to Bali!
